Do you have a return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will my order take to process?

Once placed, your order can take between 4-6 days to be processed by the team, followed by a 1-3 day delivery window.

How long does delivery take?

Once you place your order, we will work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Times vary, but processing of orders takes approximately 3 - 6 days, followed by a 1 - 3 day delivery window.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from Ireland. Standard shipping is handled by An Post and then transferred to the local postal carrier in the destination country.

Express and tracked shipping are not currently available at this time, but will be available soon!

How do I track my order?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer tracked orders at this time. This is something we are actively working on adding in the near future.
